For reference, where applicable, the artist included a person in the images to demonstrate the scale and magnitude of this proposed project. FOHH to its best ability has used the information provided in the Nichols 15 year Master Permit Application (MPA) in Bio Assessment drawings for the rail simulations. (Based on NBBBI's MPA).
